| Larissa de Saude Larissa’s first experience in teaching was in Russia, where she graduated with a qualification as a pre-school teacher .(“child development and pedagogy”), and she later worked with children aged 1-7 years old. Larissa studied at Montessori Centre International and gained an International Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy in London. Larissa went to work for a number of years in one of the best Montessori Schools in London, before she became a founder of Perfect Start Montessori School. Larissa is passionate about her work and treasures each child in her care. She deeply believes in the Montessori philosophy of “following a child” and that each child has individually huge potential, and should be given that chance from a very early stage in their life. Each child is a “citizen of the world” and deserves absolute respect and love. Larissa manages the school and is part of the team. She is hands-on and at the school every day. She is dedicated to the happiness and safety of children, working closely with the parents. | Masooda Nasir Masooda Nasir has Level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care, Level 2 Diploma in Teaching Assistant and CACHE Level 2 Diploma for Early Years Practitioner. She has a great experience working with children and vulnerable adults. She is in a process of achieving CACHE level 2 in Child care. She is very passionate, making sure that children are safe, happy and stimulated. She finds being around children to be uplifting and energising, especially when invited to view the world through their lens and explore their curiosity with them. | Ouacila Belkheyar Ouacila has been working at Perfect Start Montessori since September 2022. She is in the process of achieving NVQ level 3 in Childcare. She enjoys supporting children with their development.

| Asma Mohamed Asma is a qualified Pre–School Teacher. She holds a CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Health, and Social Care, and CACHE Level 2 Diploma for Early Tears Practitioner. Asma is in the process of achieving level 3 Diploma in Childcare. She joined Perfect Start Montessori School in January 2022. She is an experienced practitioner and loves working with young children. She is in the process of achieving CACHE level 2 in Childcare. | David Yin David achieved level 3 qualification in Early years and working towards gaining his Montessori Diploma (equivalent of level 4). He worked 2 years in one of the top bilingual (French/English) nurseries in London where he gained good experience and knowledge. David is passionate about Montessori philosophy of teaching. He joined our team in September 2022. | Hanieh Miri Hanieh is a qualified Preschool Teacher. She holds a CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Child Care. She joined Perfect Start Montessori School in December 2022. Hanieh has one year of experience working with young children at primary school as her placement. She is dedicated to her work and loves working with young children. | Amina Rahman Amina has many years of experience working in child care. She is passionate about working with special educational needs children. Amina joined our team in January 2022.
